All presenters on accepted SNO conference papers and posters must be current SNO members. 2022 attendees are given membership rate for the 2023 conference.

Conference fee includes lunches on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and Gala Dinner on Saturday evening (in addition to coffee/drinks and snacks during breaks)

One-Day registration:

Gala Dinner (additional guest):

Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy:
You may cancel a registration up to 1 month before the meeting (October 8, 2023). You will be refunded the full amount less 10% administration fee via your original payment method. No refunds will be given after October 15, 2023.

*If you attended the 2022 SNO Conference then you are already a member for this conference.
Otherwise, you should submit the membership form and fee by September 24, 2023 to get member benefits.
