All presenters on accepted SNO conference papers and posters must be current SNO members. 2023 attendees are given membership rate for the 2024 conference.

Conference Fees

Conference fee includes lunches on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and Gala Dinner on Saturday evening (in addition to coffee/drinks and snacks during breaks)
Conference and Regular Membership: $650

Conference and Student membership:

$450

One-Day registration:

 $350
Gala Dinner (additional guest): $200

(Late penalty of $100 on all rates effective September 10, 2024)

  

Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy:
You may cancel a registration up to 1 month before the meeting (October 8, 2024). You will be refunded the full amount less 10% administration fee via your original payment method. No refunds will be given after this deadline.

*If you attended the 2023 SNO Conference then you are already a member for this conference.
Otherwise, you should submit the membership form and fee by September 24, 2024 to get member benefits.
