Conference Fees

Conference fee includes lunches on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday and Gala Dinner on Monday evening (in addition to coffee breaks)

Conference fees:  Until Friday, Sept. 8, 2017.
Late penalty ($100) applies Sept. 9-Nov.3, 2017

Regular *Member: $400
Regular Non-member: $535
Government: $435
Student:   $300
One-Day registration: $175

Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy:
You may cancel a registration up to 1 month before the meeting (October 5, 2017). You will be refunded the full amount less 10% administration fee via your original payment method.  No refunds will be given after October 5, 2017.

*Members will have joined and paid the membership fee for the 2017/18 year before September 1, 2017. See for details on joining.
